“Chicken Lips: One Lucky Cow” Review

We really enjoyed the first book “Chicken Lips” and now we are very happy for the opportunity to read  the sequel “Chicken Lips: One Lucky Cow.” The illustrations are very colorful and interesting. My son Ezra really enjoyed looking at all the farm animals and the musical instruments. This book gives children an introduction to what a festival and farm life is like. It also encourages children to learn more about musical instruments and engage their imagination with Chicken Lip’s adventures. The popcorn was also a fun addition to the story. This is a fun book to read! You can purchase your copy HERE.  #gallery-835-2 { margin: auto; } #gallery-835-2 .gallery-item { float: left; margin-top: 10px; text-align: center; width: 33%; } #gallery-835-2 img { border: 2px solid #cfcfcf; } #gallery-835-2 .gallery-caption { margin-left: 0; } /* see gallery_shortcode() in wp-includes/media.php */

Kristy Hamby can trace her love of writing back to her wonderful first grade teacher. That love has stayed with her through the years and inspired her to write her first children’s book about her real-life oddly named cow, Chicken Lips.

Kristy enjoys watching Chicken Lips play with his herd in the beautiful pastures of North Georgia where she resides with her husband and three spirited kids. She is a stay-at-home mom who loves reading, writing, baking, playing piano (church hymnals are her favorite!), and watching her son play baseball.
